Creating Value for International Students in their Host Country

Globalization effects have not only led to increasing tourist arrivals but also to a growing number of students traveling for educational purposes. Furthermore, international study programs contribute to more study places for international students that have a need for suitable accommodation. This is especially important for young people coming from abroad since they need to experience a sense of home in their accommodation in order to feel safe and comfortable in the new country. This will contribute to their overall conception of their host country. For this reason, we will analyse which qualities of a student residence are valued by international students in Helsingborg.
